Rybakou

RYBAKOU Andrei, Born in June 5, 1969 in Minsk (Belarus).
In 1993 graduated from the History Department of Minsk Pedagogical University and got a diploma of a teacher of history. Since 1993 untill 1998 worked in Belarusian Institute on Documentation and Archival Science, where hold the positions of Researcher and Science Secretary. In 1998 started to work at the State Committee on Archives and Records Management of the Republic of Belarus and hold the position of Chief of the Administrative Department. In 1999 got a diploma of Doctor of History.
The topic of dissertation – The Records Keeping in the Central Administration of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania in the XVIth  century. From Novermber 1, 2005 – Director of Belarusian Institute on Documentation and Archival Science.
