HEÐBELI Živana

HEĐBELI Živana, born on 19th December, 1961, in Bitola, Macedonia (Antun, Zora Škoti). Finished secondary occupationally oriented education at Zagreb Educational Center for Art and Culture, occupation archivist. Graduated history and archaeology at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, where she win archival science master’s degree with thesis The status, role and changes of archives and registry offices as a consequence of e-government enlargement and win, as the first woman from the Republic of Croatia, archival science doctor’s degree with thesis Institutions of the government administration of the Republic of Croatia from the year 1990 to the year 2004. She has titles of research fellow and senior archivist. In profession worked in the State Archives of Croatia, now is head of Registry office of the Croatian Parliament and Government of the Republic of Croatia General Administration Office.
Full member of the International Institute for Archival Science of Trieste and Maribor. Internship in the Historical Archives of the European Union. Arranged, independently, or as a leader of the working groups, some 3 long kilometers of various archival fonds and collections records. Active member of a number of societies and organizations. Participated on many national and international conferences. Author of manual for the arrangement of the non-governmental organizations’ records and approximately one hundred articles, papers, reviews, reports, views, overviews and translations.
